Not for me, as I’m remaining in Columbus this weekend, but it’s been officially proclaimed by Mayor Mallory. If you are in Cincinnati this weekend, go check out one of the Kelly Cup finals games at USBA. It’s only $10, or 1/23 of the cheapest available ticket for Game Five of the Stanley Cup finals in Detroit when I checked earlier this week.
This is pretty exciting for a team that was widely rumored to be leaving town after their first season because of low attendance. They’re four victories away from a league championship, and the fans are finally turning out. It’s a fun time to be a hockey fan in Cincinnati; too bad I’m stuck here in Columbus, LOL.
